Natives claim ownership of Toronto

June 3, 2008

Bear with me on this one folks as it’s an MNN release which means it’s incredibly long, and full of rhetoric you have to read around to get the story. In fact to cut to the chase for those who don’t have the stomach for this stuff, Six Nations claims to own Toronto.

Cowering on Caledonia

September 19, 2007

National PostThe ongoing illegal actions of native protesters in Caledonia, Ont., has been the focus of many stories and columns in the Post. And in Monday’s issue, it was again the subject of a scathing editorial, titled The Scandal of Caledonia. Readers we’ve heard from have generally applauded that editorial, though few have employed as colourful language as the letter-writer below.
  –Paul Russell, NP letters editor

This was a phenomenal and timely editorial. The first-and-last issue in (any) Ontario election can be only the maintenance of “the basic rule of law” for one-and-all alike.

Mr. McGuinty’s Liberal government — smarmy, politically-correct, pusillanimous, cowering, buckpassing, sanctimonious, immensely well remunerated financially — was sworn to uphold the Law in Ontario:. They have since rendered increasing chunks of Ontario ungoverned and ungovernable, in increasing numbers of places where law-and-order are remote memories.

Land claims take back seat: Activist

July 31, 2007

Toronto Sun

It doesn’t involve gun crime in downtown Toronto, so native land claim issues get pushed aside, one native activist says.

Although a recent survey by Angus Reid shows 71% of Canadians want the government to speed up the native land claims process, Brian Wright-McLeod, cultural liaison officer for the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, said there doesn’t seem to be any political will to get it done.

“It’s all through legislation. Rather than the gun, it’s a quiet issue and people don’t recognize it,” Wright-McLeod said.

(Edit: I’m inclined to agree here. The Government should be focusing on a Native related problem such as the fact that they have AK-47’s on DCE which are far more dangerous than any hand gun, and one of them has already demonstrated their willingness to use them by blowing a hole through someones arm in the spring.)

Breaking News: McGuinty’s Liberals use Taxpayer’s Money to Run Election Campaign

July 30, 2007

Courtesy of our new site www.Ontario2007.com

At first we thought the Liberals had not yet posted their campaign material until we started to follow the links from the Ontario Liberal Party web site to various Government department web sites and we then found their campaign material popping up in each Government department.

Why take the time and pay the cost that the Conservatives did by creating about 10 web sites - catering to each topic - when you can use taxpayers’ money by having Government employees posting McGuinty’s photo in each Government Department site with a few statements straight out of your election campaign?

Who needs a good Liberal Party web site to promote your campaign when you can force each Government Department to promote McGuinty for you?

Posted examples are just 28 Government Ministries which suddenly have McGuinty’s photo with a few campaign style captions posted - there are more departments doing the same.

There is one Government Ministry without Dalton’s Photo on it - Aboriginal Affairs - surprised, NO - see photo. Do you think McGuinty doesn’t want his photo associated with Aboriginal Affairs? Why is this the only department without his photo?

Just how much has it cost Ontario Taxpayers for this sudden change in dozens of Departments’ web sites?

McGuinty’s government is the ONLY Government in Canada running their Election using the Government Web Site

‘Ghetto dude’ gets apology from Premier

July 23, 2007

From Monday’s Globe and Mail

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty apologized Sunday to a young job applicant who received an e-mail from a cabinet staffer referring to him as a “ghetto dude.”

Evon Reid, who is one credit short of a political science degree from the University of Toronto, applied for a position as a media analyst with the Ontario government and last week e-mailed the cabinet office to follow up. Aileen Siu, an office worker, replied: “This is the ghetto dude that I spoke to before.”

Ms. Siu intended to forward the message to co-workers, but mistakenly sent the response to Mr. Reid, who is black.

Sunday, Mr. McGuinty phoned Mr. Reid and “apologized for the completely unacceptable incident … and he thanked Evon for having the courage to go public,” said Chris Morley, a spokesman for Mr. McGuinty.

Canada At The Crossroads - A Year in Review & Your help is needed

Your Help is needed

For the past year the OPP & various politicians have tried to make it sound as if only Caledonia is affected by violent Native Protesters. However, over the past 2 months we have seen that these issues affect all of us.

Your Land Deed is Worthless in Ontario:

The fact is that in Ontario your deed that states you own your land and home is worthless as a direct result of the failures of the McGuinty Government and the lack of policing by the OPP. In the latest Legal Magazine titled ‘Law Times’ they ran an editorial questioning who is ‘ Protecting Private Property’. [Link] The Ontario Home Builder’s Association ran a story a few months ago titled “HELD HOSTAGE” [Link] in which they stated that builders had done everything right to get clear title to land before developing but in the end it was worthless.

Nation wide Protests:

The National Day of Action that was set for June 29th demonstrated that all of Canada is faced with the issue of a Few Natives who choose to use illegal activities to force Governments into political action - the very definition of Terrorism as stated in the Canadian Anti-Terrorism Act. [Link]

We saw a YouTube training video to sabotage CN rail in support of Native Land Claims. We saw Shawn Brant from Deseronto deliver a speech in Toronto that demonstrated that he has been working for 10 years encouraging Natives to pick up guns and to attack the infrastructure across Canada - a clear terrorist threat. [Video] [Dialup]

We saw National Native Leaders both support the use of illegal activities on June 29th but also make racist statements against Canadians. These Native Leaders only changed their tone after the Federal & Provincial Governments both suddenly came up with $2.5 billion each ($5 billion total). Mike Duffy asked whether such deals was paying ‘Blackmail’.

We have demonstrated what Peaceful Protest is:

We have had several Town Hall Meetings throughout Ontario and several Marches/Rallies in Caledonia. In each case there have been no crimes committed and we have continuously told people that we want no racial slurs, no swearing, no violence and no criminal behavior.

Our web site is a perfect example of peaceful protest in a democratic society. We protest against Two Tier Justice and against the spineless leadership of politicians.

We have NEVER been charged with any crime. We have NEVER been asked by any police force to remove anything from our site.

Informing Canadians is our GOAL and letting Canadians respond by voting for change in both the coming Provincial and Federal elections. We continue to have a National Voice - both through our web site but also through interviews done weekly throughout Canada.

Our web site has, in one year, had 560,000 visits with approx. 22,000 unique homes/business viewing our site monthly. A total 3,700,000 web stories, including video & audio files, have been viewed in the past year.

Targeted by OPP and McGuinty Government:

We have done such a great job at exposing the OPP & the McGuinty Government that they came out in attack mode against us and anyone who supported us.

- We are the only Blog to have had a Press Release issued against us [Link]

- Ontario Government threatened CHTV for having us on TV [Link]

- The OPP have done numerous Press Releases against us

- Fantino spent 4 months on TV, radio and in newspapers attacking us

- Governments are the number one viewer of our site [Link, Link]

Media is finally seeing how serous this has become:

$oldiers of Fortune - The Western Standard [Link]

For natives, a legal free-for-all - The National Post [Link]

Native violence becomes blameless - The National Post [Link]

Turning guilt into billions of dollars - Ottawa Citizen [Link]

Uphold Canada’s laws - Kitchener Record [Link]

Six Nations Should End Protest and Pay Costs - Canadian Taxpayers Federation [Link]

We aren’t all free - The Regional News [Link]

We have national media now questioning both the McGuinty & Harper Governments as to their handling of Native protesters. We have Mike Duffy of CTV using phrases like blackmail and terrorism. We also had Steve Paikin on TVO’s The Agenda openly questioning Mohawk protesters in Deseronto whether their actions were terrorism. [Link]

Media Relations

  • - One of the main viewers of our web site are media people from across Canada
  • - We are contacted weekly to help provide information for stories they run
  • - Read the story above by the Western Standard as an example of how we provide information to media. (see other examples: Link )
  • - We work with Native Media to try to get the message out. Recently we spoke on Native radio in New Mexico which was carried throughout North America [Link]

Exposing the OPP & Government:

  • - We had the media room at Queen’s Park twice
  • o 1) Exposed the Ipperwash Inquiry as biased toward Violent Native Protesters
  • § Created http://www.ipperwashpapers.com/
  • o 2) Exposed FantinoGate - Fantino’s threatening email to Haldimand Council [Link]
  • o Media has carried both of these stories.
  • - Filed many Police Service Complaints against Fantino & OPP officers
  • - Ontario Ombudsmen rebuked Government for handling of these investigations [Story in Toronto Star - [Link]
  • - We exposed the McGuinty Liberal Plan a year ago where the Government was going to secretly give in the violent protesters in Caledonia [Link, Link, Link]

Exposing the Dangers and informing the Public:

  • - We were the first to expose the CN sabotage training video which was then covered by national media
  • - We exposed the fact that the AK47 shooting in Caledonia started on the occupied DCE area
  • - We provided the video on Shawn Brant which shows a real Terrorist Threat to Canada

Your Help is Needed

Canadians falsely believe that big brother (the Government) will also solve problems for them. The residents of Ipperwash still do not have any solution after 15 years - by the way, Oka still has not been resolved after 17 years.

The residents of Caledonia now know that politicians at all levels will do nothing to protect people’s property or their Charter Rights.

Because we are divided, our Government will not listen.

Join us to bring ACCOUNTABILITY to Governments. Join us to restore LAW & ORDER to Canada and to bring about True Equality & Freedoms.

Write your Provincial Member of Parliament and also your Federal Member of Parliament as well.

Write letters to editors of newspapers.

Spread the message to friends & family that Canadians must take a stand for Equality and for Freedoms as promised in our Constitution.

Your Financial Support is Needed

I wish we could get Government funding to carry on our Peaceful Protest but we cannot. The Government spends millions each year funding Native Land Claim offices, Native Land Claim Lawyers, Negotiation teams and the Six Nation Band Council spent $66,000+ to help in the violent take over of DCE in Caledonia.

It has become clear to many media that in Canada people no longer have property rights as soon as any Native group claims your property is theirs. There is no police force, no Government politician who will come to your aid - appeasement and paying Blackmail money is the approach of both the Harper & McGuinty Governments.

We need to keep the battle for Truth and Justice going:

Canada is faced with a choice to make. Will we be ruled by laws based on Equality or will we be ruled by threats of violence and intimidation.

It is a simple choice and one the Politicians have already made - they’ll pay the Blackmail. It is quick and it is not their money so it is easy.

However, these same Politicians who clearly are spineless will also change their views as soon as Canadians wake up to the Truth about the Blackmail, about the Terrorism, about the violence used to force Governments to cave in.

Once Politicians know they will lose votes - they’ll flip flop to appease.

We need Funding to continue to get the message out, to continue to wake people up to what is happening. It truly is a full time Job.

Many Canadians have been victimized:

Do not think there are no victims.

There are the victims of the violence, of the intimidation, of the threats, of the sleepless nights. There are the victims of lost property values (tens of thousands of dollars per property affected), rejected insurance claims, threatened non-renewal of mortgages, loss of thousands of dollars in income. There are thousands of victims that the media fails to show.

HELP us to help them.

What is Freedom & Equality worth to you? Make a sacrifice to help your fellow Canadians. Any amount is helpful but Please Give Generously.

- Providing Canadians with a more complete story of what has happened in Caledonia

- Photos and Documents that have never been made public will be released.

- Available Fall 2007

- Estimated Price: $14,000 per quarter

Political Election Fund: ($100,000 for fall election)

This is not a fund to run in any election, but a fund to make sure we are able to bring the topic of Law & Order and of Equality & Freedom to be election topics this fall.

We need to send a message to Dalton McGuinty (Lib.), John Tory (PC), and Howard Hampton (NDP) that the public will want to know how they will restore Equality and Freedoms in Ontario.

Web site Support:

There are now four people who are working full-time on maintaining the various web sites. Although the cost of the web sites themselves is very small, the time commitment to do the research and post each story is huge. In addition, the time to file complaints and to help the media to stay focused on the true story is very time consuming.

Not everyone can commit full-time to fight for Justice. In any Civil Rights movement all kinds of people are needed. Those who work need to provide for those who commit themselves to the struggle. In the end we all win when Equality and Freedoms are restored in Caledonia, in Ontario and throughout Canada.

Full year support for the 4 people working on the web site is estimated to be $50,000.

Please be advised - projects will not go ahead unless the Canadian Public provides the financial support for the cause. In the 21st century, money is required to do some of these tasks.

Uphold Canada’s laws

July 3, 2007

The aboriginal day of action has come and gone in Canada and the country is largely better for it. Across the land, native communities expressed their hopes and fears in actions that were, with a few notable exceptions, entirely lawful. Good for them.

But in eastern Ontario, the action taken was not legal but, instead, a violation of the law of the land and the rights of the general public. A small group of native protesters blockaded Highway 401 as well as Highway 2 and the main Canadian National Railway line between Montreal and Toronto. The leader of the natives, Shawn Brant, warned that they were armed with guns and ready to respond violently if provoked. This action, in marked contrast to the other demonstrations, was totally unacceptable. If not checked, it will threaten the civil peace and order of the nation.

Mohawk protester says supporters will be armed to battle Police for day of protest

June 28, 2007

By The Canadian Press
Thursday, June 28, 2007

DESERONTO, Ont. (CP) - Mohawk protester Shawn Brant says his supporters will be armed to defend themselves if police try to keep them from blocking Highway 401 and the CN rail line near Deseronto, in eastern Ontario. Both are targets for Friday’s aboriginal day of action, along with Highway 2.

Brant says commuters between Toronto and Montreal can expect major delays in both directions on the 401 over the 24 hours starting at midnight or earlier.

Provincial police have already gathered in the nearby city of Napanee.

Brant says the time has passed for marches to educate Canadians about native poverty and suicide.

He says militant Mohawks in his area and in other parts of the country will take a stronger stand to demand change now.

Supporting Terrorism Via Appeasement

June 28, 2007

Today CN Rail announced that they will shut down service for countless Canadians tomorrow (June 29th) exactly as Native Terrorists have demanded they do. The official announcement says “Via said in a statement Thursday that the sudden cancellations were in anticipation of mass commuter chaos” but we all know that’s nothing more than a weak attempt to cover their asses.

The fact of the matter is that CN Rail has given in to the demands of Terrorist Shawn Brant who told them to shut down, or he and his band of thugs would shut down the rails by force. The same Shawn Brant who has publicly announced that he and his fellow Terrorists will be armed in case police try to do their jobs and stop these Criminals from illegally blockading railways and highway 401.

More on CN Rail giving into Terrorist demands

June 28, 2007

In anticipation of a day of native protest that could target rail and highway lands, Via Rail is shutting down service Friday on its Toronto-Montreal and Toronto-Ottawa routes.

A news release issued Thursday afternoon says:

“Additionally, due to the uncertainty of the situation and anticipated location of a blockage, VIA’s late evening and early morning trains between Toronto and Kingston have also been affected as follows:

  • Train 650 - Toronto to Kingston departing June 28 at 10 p.m. - Replaced by bus
  • Train 651 - Kingston to Toronto departing June 29 at 05:25 a.m. - Cancelled.

As well, passengers arriving in Montreal on June 29th on board VIA train No.15 from Halifax with connections to Ontario (Cornwall, Brockville, Kingston, Belleville, Toronto) will be accommodated by chartered motor coach.”

Blockades from T.O. to Montreal expected

June 26, 2007

A crucial highway and rail line that moves tens of thousands of people daily around Central Canada will be subject to a crippling blockade on Friday, a spokesman for the Tyendinaga Mohawk reserve in Eastern Ontario says.

The protesters are considering shutting down the CN Rail mainline that runs between Toronto and Montreal, as well as Highway 401, as part of the national day of action called by the Assembly of First Nations.

Other potential “targets” include Highway 2 and the road that leads to nearby Deseronto, which is midway between Kingston and Belleville.

“Certainly, it’ll be one, two, three or all of those targets,” Terrorist spokesman Shawn Brant said last night.

Teepee at Legislature puts focus on logging, mineral exploration

Aided by environmental activists, two First Nations from northern Ontario pitched a huge teepee on the Legislature’s front lawn yesterday afternoon to protest logging and mineral exploration on aboriginal lands.

A member of the Rainforest Action Network suspended herself from the top of the teepee tripod, enduring stifling heat, in a bid to make it harder for security officials to take down the tent.

First Nations activists erect nine-metre teepee on lawn of Ont. legislature

June 26, 2007

TORONTO (CP) - Activists from two northern Ontario First Nations groups erected a nine-metre teepee on the front lawn of the Ontario legislature Monday, four days before a planned national aboriginal day of protest. The protesters did not say how long they planned to keep the teepee in front of the legislature in place.

Edit: Did they get a permit as anyone else would be required to do?

How You can become part of Caledonia Wakeup Call

June 22, 2007

In my last editorial I talked about how I came to be a part of Caledonia Wakeup Call. With the threat to our Country growing each day and the government making no effort to stop this Terrorism, it’s going to be up to us the citizens of Canada to take back control by sending a loud clear message to those who are supposed to represent us that we will NOT stand for this.

The closer we get to June 29th, the more people are taking an interest in what’s happening as this isn’t about a little town in Haldimand County anymore. The truth is that it never was for the criminals who are behind this, and as more towns become victims, more residents will want to get involved. If you’re a Canadian you should want to be involved because this is a direct attack on your way of life!

Not everyone is able to dedicate the majority of their time to this fight, and understandably many don’t want the risks that some of us have taken, so I’m going to tell you right now how you can personally make a real difference in this fight with just a little time and effort. If you have any of the following you have the power to help us change the system.

  1. A camcorder and if possible the ability to upload video to your computer.
  2. A simple camera digital or otherwise
  3. A pair of eyes, and ears.

The loss of the school to arson is just the latest tragedy at an Ontario reserve already mourning three recent suicides

June 19, 2007

TORONTO — Claire Eckert first noticed flames leaping out of the school roof in Pikangikum around 9 o’clock last Friday evening. It was windy that night, and the fire quickly engulfed the entire one-storey clapboard building, forcing her and many other residents of the remote Ojibwa community in Northwestern Ontario to flee their homes.

By the time residents had put out the fire - a feat that depleted the community’s entire water supply - there was nothing left but rubble, leaving children attending the reserve’s only school with nowhere to go. The community’s elders say the deplorable living conditions on the reserve make it a warehouse for social problems. Many of the young people sniff gasoline, a problem that school officials fear could worsen now that they have nowhere to go.

Not Quite Convinced Yet?

June 13, 2007

By: Christine McHale

June 13, 2007

For sixteen months and counting, we’ve read about, seen with our very own eyes and heard with our very own ears from numerous sources that when it comes to policing an area that is under aboriginal occupation there is a system of Two Tier justice that is now well entrenched.

In Caledonia there have been many eye witnesses to this. The most recent example of Two Tier policing involved an aboriginal male waiving, in full view, a loaded AK47, a prohibited weapon in Canada, (we won’t even get into how this prohibited weapon got into Canada), on the DCE, yet not one single OPP officer tried to stop him from leaving the immediate area.

Now, in case you need more proof that areas NOT experiencing aboriginal occupation get proper policing, take the new story of a massive raid in Toronto, in the Jane and Finch area, and other parts of the GTA.

At 5 a.m. people living in the area were awakened by loud banging noises which turned out to be police using battering rams to break down doors and get at suspected criminals…

Take an area with an aboriginal occupation and police walk around on eggshells. Take an area rife with crime but no aboriginal occupation and police act like police are supposed to act when dealing with crime.

Confederacy tells M.T.O it needs approval to continue projects

June 7, 2007

Six Nations Confederacy Council chiefs reminded the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO), projects going on within the Haldimand Tract have not received Six Nations approval nor has Six Nations been compensated for them.

Onondaga bench warmer Ron Thomas warned Ontario they will have trouble crossing Six Nations lands with their unapproved projects.
“We didn’t support Ontario’s growth plan. You want to turn this place here into the city of Toronto with your new highways, bridges. You’re doubling the number of people you want to migrate here. Our message to Ontario, to your bosses is, we like it the way it is.”
