I too believe that Karma will likely prevail, and when it does it will be a bitch for those who have terrorized the good people of Caledonia to further their own selfish, greedy ends.

When that time comes, I’m hopeful that everyone involved including the many Non Native people who have supported this garbage will get theirs.

I’m not going to sit back and put all of my hopes in what really amounts to superstition though. I will continue to fight this lawlessness and those who support it and can only hope that one day those like yourself who actually believe this has something to do with Native pride will attempt to get an education on the matter.

I would submit that it should be classified as child abuse to attempt to raise a person on a steady diet of this crap, but such a law wouldn’t be enforced so it’s irrelevant.

I hope the Kool-Aid runs out before it’s too late to undo the damage, but I seriously doubt it.

Fortunately for every person who actually feeds into this nonsense, there are many others who are level headed reasonable people. The fact that of the roughly 1 million Natives in Canada, the DCE takeover has only ever had the support of a handful is promising.

It’s such a shame Horn and a ranting religious “Almond Joy” (sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t) named Kevin Arnett are being presented as the new face of the Aboriginal extremist (or racist if you will) movement.

I hope when the chemical Kool-Aid runs out, people will wake up and say to themselves “what the hell was I doing?”, “what have I done?” and “who did I politically sleep with?”.

Trying to kill someone is not acceptable. That you are tryng to excuse that behavior with a smoke screen about what set of laws it should fall under is pathetic.

I’m sure given the chance you would next try to confuse the matter with a rant about how you think Canada tried to kill your ancestors, but I’m not going to allow it.

You’re a perfect example of those who refuse to take responsibility for their actions and choose to hide behind some supposed cultural laws that make any behavior your choose acceptable.

You do not have 100% of the land to make your laws. It’s a nice fantasy but it’s nonsense. This is Canada end of story. That’s never going to change.

You remind me of the lawyer for one of the people who nearly killed Sam Gualtieri in a home he was building for his daughter. This guy stood up and claimed that the youth responsible didn’t understand that attempted murder was not acceptable under Canadian law as he only knew the “Great Law”.

You can whine and complain about the world around you like so many do all you want, but you’re not going to change anything. What exactly have you done to help your people? How many wells have you dug to provide fresh water to those who do not have it? How many meaningful relationships have you built with the corrupt leaders of your society who ensure that despite the billions of dollars Canada gives it’s Native people, most remain in poverty? How many of them have you convinced to stop skimming the funds that are supposed to be distributed to everyone?

What have you done to improve relations between the Native community and the local members of Parliament who have the power to address Native issues if they choose to?

The answer of course is that you’ve done nothing to help the people you claim to speak for. Perhaps it’s because you’re too busy devoting your energy to being bitter about things that happened hundreds of years ago and whining about it instead of living in the now and trying to make a difference.
