For the second time in two years, the Ontario Provincial Police set up the members of CANACE to be physically attacked by a group of Natives who far outnumbered us. This time it was Mohawks in Deseronto instead of Six Nations thugs in Caledonia, but the intended outcome was unquestionably the same.

The last time this happened was December 01 2007 and the result was Gary McHale and I being taken away by ambulance after a protest over an illegal smoke shack in Caledonia. This time was a more elaborate setup but the outcome was certainly intended to be violent. Fortunately for everyone but the OPP, this time it didn’t work.

Admittedly when I first heard that Tom Keefer was bringing a bus load of people to protest against the Caledonia Peacekeepers in Cayuga last night, I wasn’t sure what to think. This is a union after all so I anticipated something different from the usual racist, bigoted, ignorant crowd that gathers in small numbers to protest against law & order in Caledonia. Fortunately I’m not afraid to admit it when I’m wrong and I was very wrong.

Tom Keefer brought with him a motley crew of crazies that made Forrest Gump look like a Rhodes Scholar. Listening to Keefer being interviewed on CFRB on the drive to Cayuga, I began to understand a bit about the level of delusion this guy has as he rambled about the need for Canada to stop trying to give Six Nations money as compensation and instead hand over our land to them.

When Caledonia residents gather tonight to hear from Doug Flemming about the forming Caledonia Peace Keepers, CUPE intends to bus in protestors who are in favour of organized crime and support the Men’s Fire. I quoted their release in an earlier story.

Doug Flemming has been in contact with Tom Keefer who is leading the CUPE 3903 protest against law and order tonight and asked him to sit in on the meeting to hear first hand what’s actually going to take place, but Mr. Keefer refused stating that he has no need to hear the facts. He did suggest however that this evening’s meeting be cancelled and he would set up a meeting between Residents / CANACE and the Men’s Fire instead.

As most have heard by now, Doug Flemming is holding a town hall meeting at the Lions Hall in Cayuga tonight to inform the public about the finer details of the forming Caledonia Militia. News of this new group has literally spread across the Country over the past week, and attendance at tonight’s event was expected to be very high. I for one was looking forward to sitting back and watching a nice peaceful militia meeting.

It’s no secret to anyone who has been keeping up with National let alone Caledonia related news lately that some residents have had enough of the lawlessness being endorsed by the OPP and have decided to form an unarmed militia to defend their town. The story has set a fire under National media who have been absent for a long time as the Caledonia crisis continues to unfold.

The newfound attention was bound to come with strings attached however and it has. Some of the media are doing their best to shine a negative light on this as they would anything else residents did to resist the rampant racist lawlessness that has been shoved down their throats for more than 3 years by Native extremists and OPP enablers while the McGuinty government funnels money in the back door to keep the whole production going.

Naturally they didn’t need to look very far to find some cowards with self serving agenda’s that they could interview who would cry ‘the sky is falling!’ about this new citizens group. There have actually been so many stories in the last few days that it’s hard to know where to start.

While I was admittedly unborn at the time of the telecast in which Neil Armstrong proclaimed “One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind” I am quite capable of grasping the power of  the moment and can not help but feel that those words ring quite appropriately for all opposed to race based policing today.

As accounced by CANACE president Gary McHale this morning, during a private meeting between the Ontario Provincial Police and CANACE Randy arrestedfounders that took place at the request of the OPP yesterday, Staff Sgt. Phil Carter announced that the OPP intend to do something they’ve never done before. When we gather to march down Argyle Street next Saturday in support of Randy Flemming who was violently arrested for walking down the street with a flag in hand recently, the OPP say they’re not going to interfere.

According to media sources, the illegal blockade started by Shawn Brant of a bridge in Deseronto has been brought to an end by the OPP and Tyendinaga police. Reports say that some of the criminals fled when confronted by Police, and 13 were arrested for mischief.

According to the Belleville Intelligencer who shot some video at the scene, “native dissident Jerome Barnhart arrived around 8:30 this morning and chased media away from the scene.

“Clad in camouflage and wearing white sneakers, Barnhart barreled across Highway 49 shortly after 8:30 a.m. barking orders that all media “should get away from here right now.

“You need to leave right now, or else,” he said, his finger now pointing down the highway.

“The CBC is not allowed here and neither are you. Get the f—k out. And don’t be pulling off the road down there … we’re going to be watching you and where you go.”  A vehicle with individuals from the protest group followed the retreating reporter from the scene.”

women marchIn another exceptionally pathetic display by police, a group of Six Nations women including extortionist Ruby Montour and Janie Jamieson (who we all remember telling us how peaceful the terrorists at DCE were in 2006 while a tire fire raged behind her) are being allowed to close a lane of the Red Hill Valley Parkway (Hamilton) and will apparently be allowed to disrupt traffic on the 403 between Hamilton and Brantford today.

Recently I wrote about the Shawn Brant led occupation of the Skyway bridge from Picton to Prince Edward County, and have had the good fortune to hear from a resident who wants to share her thoughts on the situation in her home town with us. Her insight as a lifelong resident is invaluable and I want to extend my thanks to Vicki Leversedge for having the courage to speak out in this guest editorial.

I was born and raised in Prince Edward County as a farm girl, and plan to remain here always. I am a good law-abiding citizen who pays taxes in this community, and I want to know why the Mohawk Warriors are allowed to get away with the UNLAWFUL blockade of the Skyway Bridge.

The OPP have cordoned off the area, and their response to this situation is that it could take “10 minutes or ten days.  Who knows?”  This does not satisfy me in the slightest. I have elderly family on the other side of the Bay, and we are quite close.  Mobility is not an issue and fortunately neither is health, but when I am needed I am supposed to be only minutes away. That is, unless I have to go through the County and then Belleville first. I take my family responsibilities quite seriously and nothing gets my temper flared faster than someone interfering with that. Would you please explain to me why this allowed to go on?

German (Mohawk wannabe) Shawn Brant who Canada has refused to keep off the streets led yet another blockade Sunday night. This time it’s the Skyway Bridge to Picton Ontario. The reasoning (and I use that term loosely) being a “protest of solidarity” with the Mohawks who took over the International border crossing at Akwesasne.

Brant was responsible for shutting down the 401 and CN rail line in June 2007, and is well known for giving a speech about attacking the infrastructure of our Country to further his agenda. He has twice been arrested but never charged with Terrorism for his actions which clearly meet the definition of the word in Canadian law.

The result of Canadian impotence in dealing with this overgrown spoiled brat is another occupation at a time when our government should be taking a strong stand against these actions, but instead is attempting to negotiate an end to the illegal occupation of an international border. The effect is an obvious and ever growing emboldening of these criminals who are spreading like wildfire.

In another show of Canada’s apparent impotence in the face of Native terrorism, Canadian border guards abandoned their post this morning on Cornwall Island out of fear for their safety as hundreds of Mohawks moved in.

The Seaway international bridge is now closed because some Natives decided they didn’t like the fact that the border guards were going to be armed beginning today in order to more effectively do their jobs. Perhaps they were afraid this would cut down on their contraband smoke and gun smuggling business, but in any case a relatively small group of people have been allowed to close an international border which in my submission shows how far the situation in Canada has degenerated in the last few years.
