Video – Two arrested for race in Caledonia

On April 21^st 2012, Mark Vandermaas attempted to walk down the municipal road known as Surrey Street in Caledonia Ontario; he was assaulted by Mohawk “Warrior” Ken Green. Taking decisive action the OPP commander on the scene, Zupanic had Vandermaas arrested within seconds.

Yes it was Vandermaas, the victim of a crime who was immediately arrested, handcuffed, and placed in a little steel cage in a paddy wagon where he would remain for the next 2 hours. What was Mr. Green charged with you may ask. Nothing. Why? Because in Ontario race based policing is alive and kicking.

Zupanic followed this with directions to his officers. Arrest anyone on the non-Native side of the police line If they move one step. Not the Natives who were free to roam the line making threats and trying to provoke the peaceful residents and activists.

Thank you to the Mayor and council for their despicable and successful attack on the Regional News as today’s edition becomes the last.

Thanks to the many cowards too numerous to mention, that sat back and allowed their neighbors to be attacked, while Julian Fantino and Chris Lewis’ OPP officers looked on.

Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce and the business community that chose the almighty dollar over justice.

Thanks to those that won’t accept the class action money, and in not doing so, rewards McGuinty for bad behavior as well as a total disregard for law and order.

Silent Film – Failed OPP Smoke Shack Raid

On December 7 2011, I learned of an OPP raid on one of the illegal smoke shacks around Caledonia that was about to take place, and decided to check it out.

At first it appeared that the OPP were going to get the job done. They brought plenty of officers, a moving van to clear out the house the squatter built behind the shack, enough trucks and vans to take away anyone who interfered, and presumably some kind of orders to get the job done.

Earlier this year, Haldimand Mayor Ken Hewitt graced us with an endorsement of the construction of up to 200 new 450’ high wind turbines in Haldimand County, and a TV commercial called Community Commitment for the Samsung C&T Corporation which has mysteriously vanished from Youtube, but I have a copy so it will be back in due time.

Many have offered editorial responses through the local papers, & I thought seriously about a lengthy editorial here about why this is wrong, but decided instead on a video to sum up my thoughts on the relationship between Mr. Hewitt, Dalton McGuinty, & Samsung C&T.

The above preview for this video was released on November 12 2011, and frankly it did better than I expected, so here without further adieu is Community Corruption.

For those who may be concerned, if anyone with the means and motivation should try to get this video pulled, I have 8 backup copies ready to go so far which can easily become 20, 40, or 60 if need be.

Mohawk Warriors occupy High Park in Toronto

In protest of cyclists riding through a section of Toronto’s High Park that they claim was once a cemetery, a group of Mohawk Warriors have set up camp complete with tents and warrior flags. 

They brought shovels and picks which they’re using to carve out ridges they claim were made by mountain bikers, they’ve strung up tarps between the old oak trees for added shelter, and they say they’re not leaving. 

Does Mohawks squatting in a park where they claim there’s a cemetery that nobody has ever heard of sound familiar to anyone else?

Will Lewis be Fantino 2.0?

For some time now, we’ve known that Julian Fantino was a lame duck commissioner. Sure he can still talk to the few who would want to listen, or rabble about how he is the commissioner, but we all know he’s on his way out, and nobody is crying the blues about it.

What we’ve not known until today is who would be hand picked by Dalton McGuinty to replace him. Would he find a genuine law and order police officer, or another lap dog to take Julian’s place? Speculation gave way today as McGuinty announced that deputy commissioner Chris Lewis will take the reigns when Julian steps down on August 1^st.

I don’t think I’ve ever met Mr. Lewis, but after nearly 4 years of steady involvement in Caledonia, I do know a few things about him.

Attacks on Ontario infrastructure are escalating quickly this month, and from the sounds of things it’s going to get much worse before it gets any better. We bowed down quickly to threats of blockades if Natives were not made exempt from the HST that will increase the cost of living for the rest of us by 8% on July 1^st, but giving in to them seems to have fuelled the desire of some to wreak havoc on innocent people.

A group of Natives decided to shut down highway 403 last weekend where it meets the Lincoln Alexander Parkway in Hamilton, so the OPP and Hamilton Police shut down the highway so that this little group of malcontents could “march peacefully” on a major highway. Never mind the impact on countless thousands of people trying to go about their business on the fathers day weekend, some Natives wanted to walk on the freeway, so the cops helped them do it.

Natives to blockade 403 or 400 during new “day of action”

Two “red power” protests are being planned for June 24^th 2010 that will (hopefully) finally test the patience of the Canadian government who talks tough but does nothing to stop Native protests which at times have escalated to terrorism.

According to a wide variety of media sources including Native media, a group calling itself red power united intends to blockade highway 403, or highway 400 next week as well as the Trans Canada Highway because they don’t approve of the G20. This same group disapproved of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and ultimately their “peaceful” protest turned into a group of anarchists destroying property, and attacking police in the downtown core.

The 403 runs from Woodstock, Ont., to Mississauga, Ont., just west of Toronto, and Highway 400 runs north between Toronto and Barrie, Ont. A blockade of either would tie up thousands of people for no reason at all and since it is apparently designed to force a political agenda, would amount to terrorism.

The Balm Beach Nightmare

On the sandy shores of Georgian Bay, Balm Beach offers spectacular sunsets, superb restaurants, bountiful amenities, and the chance to see some maniacs commit arson, vandalism, and assault without fear of the ever vigilant OPP.

John Marion and his family moved to a beautiful beach front home in Tiny Township for the same reasons that anyone else buys a house on the beach, but their dream home was turned into a nightmare by a group of juvenile minded thugs, and the OPP, all over a fence.

Is Haldimand County lying to the public?

On December 5, 2007 Haldimand County stated that they would be closing the illegal smoke shack at the corner of Highway 6 and Argyle Street according to a CD98.9 story which can be found here and reads as follows;

“A native run smoke shop at the centre of a clash in Caledonia is going to be shut down. Last weekend two people were injured after a fight broke out as people on both sides of the land dispute argued over who’s land the smoke shop was on. Haldimand County official Don Boyle says the move to close down the smoke shop is to restore “peace and harmony“”

As one of the two people who were injured at the protest they’re talking about, I wonder why Haldimand and Mr. Boyle would lie to the public about such a thing.

Spectator story promotes ‘white privilege’

One of the biggest challenges for us the past four years has been dealing with and educating the media. This is not news to anyone who has been following our struggle, but fortunately the tide has been turning in 2010. Outlets like the Globe & Mail, National Post, and CBC have begun to catch on to what’s really been going on, and their stories reflect that beautifully.

One might think that by now the only holdout would be the Native media itself, but they too have learned through court actions that painting us as white supremacists is defamation and not acceptable journalism. The evidence to the contrary is in everything we’ve ever done or written.

While most have made remarkable progress, the Hamilton Spectator continues to fail to learn from past mistakes as was very evident in a letter they published yesterday.

Breaking News; Senior OPP officials charged with obstruction of justice

March 16 2010

A Cayuga Court justice has ordered criminal charges of obstruction of justice against OPP deputy commissioner Chris Lewis, and Superintendent Ron Gentle this morning for their role in having Gary McHale arrested in December 2007.

Although they knew they had no evidence against McHale, he was arrested to prevent a backlash from the criminal occupiers as Clyde Powless was arrested for assault. There was too much evidence of the cowardly attack from behind that Powless committed on McHale, so instructions were given to arrest McHale at the same time as Powless to appease Native extremists.

Haldimand County demands parade permit from war veteran

As announced earlier this week, Merlyn Kinrade of CANACE is holding an anti racism rally in Caledonia on March 21^st 2010. The plan is quite similar to other events we’ve had in town, and is in protest of the current plan of the McGuinty government to hand DCE to Six Nations. The Liberals are now denying that this is their plan, but we’re all used to their pathological need to lie by now.

Mr. Kinrade sent an invitation to his elected council to attend and speak to the public and media. He wasn’t brimming over with confidence that they would show up, but he wanted to give them a chance to stop sitting on their hands and speak up for their constituents during the lead up to the Municipal election later this year.

DCE to be handed to Six Nations

UPDATE: it’s been all of a few hours and emails are already coming in from people claiming this is just a rumor. Despite what they would like to think, the facts were verified by multiple sources who were at the meeting this morning.

In a disgusting piece of news, Attorney General Chris Bentley met with members of Haldimand Council this morning to inform them that the Douglas Creek Estates will be given to Six Nations, and that Council had best go negotiate with Six Nations now if they want any chance at having a say in what becomes of the DCE.

The meeting took place this morning at a Tim Hortons in Brantford and involved Mayor Trainer, and several council members. The obvious plan being for the province to push Haldimand Council to negotiate a deal with Six Nations so that they can say “it wasn’t us, we’re just doing what the county wanted”. You can be sure the last thing they wanted was for this to be exposed to the public before McGuinty has had a chance to deflect the blame.

Probation for Native convicted of firing at boaters is an affront to justice

Imagine this scenario. You own a cottage on the lake. You’re living the quiet life and loving it. You spend your days fishing, and your nights gazing at the stars. One day however, your peace is disturbed as some pesky boaters show up in the vicinity of your cottage. It’s an outrage! How dare the public enjoy a public lake! So what do you do? Ask them to leave? Call the cops? Behave like a civilized person and understand that you don’t own the world?

If you’re Victor Nanatakapo of the Big River first nation you pull a gun and start shooting at them. If you’re the judge in this case and you have just convicted him of careless use of a firearm, you give him a discharge and recommend that he meet with the community and police to discuss his concerns.
