According to the Hamilton Spectator, red power united – the red supremacy group who planned and announced a blockade of the 403 between Hamilton and Toronto today has backed down and called it off.

They’re claiming it’s because “more radical groups” expressed an intent to get involved, but one has to wonder if this is simply the result of police threatening to do their job and remove any unlawful blockade.

One would think that McGuinty would not want the publicity of a major artery into Toronto being shut down for no reason, so maybe he took the proverbial handcuffs off of the police for one day.

Attacks on Ontario infrastructure are escalating quickly this month, and from the sounds of things it’s going to get much worse before it gets any better. We bowed down quickly to threats of blockades if Natives were not made exempt from the HST that will increase the cost of living for the rest of us by 8% on July 1st, but giving in to them seems to have fuelled the desire of some to wreak havoc on innocent people.

A group of Natives decided to shut down highway 403 last weekend where it meets the Lincoln Alexander Parkway in Hamilton, so the OPP and Hamilton Police shut down the highway so that this little group of malcontents could “march peacefully” on a major highway. Never mind the impact on countless thousands of people trying to go about their business on the fathers day weekend, some Natives wanted to walk on the freeway, so the cops helped them do it.

According to Native media, and the Sault Star, members of the Batchewana First Nation in Sault Ste Marie Ontario have blocked the rail line that runs from Sault Ste Marie to Sudbury in protest of the HST today.

Attacking infrastructure like this is something Natives have been threatening to do over the HST for awhile, but the Canadian government caved to their threats last week and announced that they will be exempted beginning September 1st 2010.

Being given what they want is apparently not good enough for those who are clearly bent on wreaking havoc so they blocked the Northern Ontario line anyway.

According to the Turtle Island News “Batchewana Chief Dean Sayers says there’s no reason the exemption can’t take effect July 1.” Cry us a river over having to pay your share for 2 months you big baby.

The sweetheart deal that Ontario natives got by making threats over the hst is already having a ripple effect as natives in BC are now crying that they want the same deal. Currently only Ontario exempts natives from the pst on off reserve purchases, but since Ontario caved to threats and asked Ottawa to exempt natives here, the idea is spreading to other provinces.

This news comes in the shadow of a “red power” group announcing their intention to shut down the 400 or 403, and the Trans Canada Highway on Thursday June 24 2010 to protest world leaders meeting in Canada for the G20 summit, and just one day after Natives were allowed by the OPP to close down highway 403 at the Lincoln Alexander Parkway in Hamilton to “march peacefully” for 4 hours.

UPDATE: June 23 2010, The blockade has been removed for the time being, so there’s another pathetic attention grabbing stunt in the can. For much more on this story, and lots more whining from Natives about having to very briefly pay the same share as the rest of us, see a Sault Star article here

Two “red power” protests are being planned for June 24th 2010 that will (hopefully) finally test the patience of the Canadian government who talks tough but does nothing to stop Native protests which at times have escalated to terrorism.

According to a wide variety of media sources including Native media, a group calling itself red power united intends to blockade highway 403, or highway 400 next week as well as the Trans Canada Highway because they don’t approve of the G20. This same group disapproved of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and ultimately their “peaceful” protest turned into a group of anarchists destroying property, and attacking police in the downtown core.

The 403 runs from Woodstock, Ont., to Mississauga, Ont., just west of Toronto, and Highway 400 runs north between Toronto and Barrie, Ont. A blockade of either would tie up thousands of people for no reason at all and since it is apparently designed to force a political agenda, would amount to terrorism.

The Kahnawake reserve south of Montreal is about to take part in an ethnic cleansing that their chief says they’ve performed before. Although Grand Chief Mike Delisle insists that it’s “self preservation”, history records someone else who used such a slogan to excuse his unquestionably racist actions.

During a speech given on the 25th Anniversary of the Announcement of the National Socialist Party’s Program (Feb 24, 1945) Adolph Hitler stated “It is the sacred right of self-preservation. Whether this self-preservation will be successful depends solely on the greatness of our efforts and on willingness to make any sacrifice to preserve this life for the future.”

Sound innocuous to anyone? One of his next statements was “The crimes committed against our women and children and men by this Jewish plague are the most terrible fate ever conceived by human beings.”  (1)

During an interview with the Canadian Press, Chief Delisle stated “This isn’t about ethnic cleansing. It’s about self-preservation.”

After nearly 3 years of running this site there have been over 700 comments posted, and I’m pleased to say that some of those have come from Native readers with very different points of view. These have ranged from Annie from Deseronto who has taken risks to expose the true nature of the terrorist occupations that have taken place in her backyard to death threats and incomprehensible babble from extremists.

This week has brought 3 new comments from 2 very different readers who wanted to weigh in on various stories that have been posted here, and although I will publish their comments in the stories they were intended for, I think they’re worthy of a post of their own because they show the stark contrast between a gentleman who happens to be Native and proud of his heritage, and an extremist who hides behind his heritage as an excuse for criminal behaviour. Their comments will be italic and my response will not.

When I first got involved in the Caledonia crisis in 2006, I expected to see and hear some rather strange things, and that has certainly been the case, but none more so and none more consistent then the nearly unintelligible ranting of Kahentinetha Horn and the Mohawk Nation News. I try not to subject you good people to her mind numbing crap on any regular basis, but someone was kind enough to anonymously subscribe me to her mailing list for which I am truly grateful.

For those who may not remember her or have not had the pleasure of trying to choke down her special brand of logic, this is a woman who in the last few years has babbled about the “evil white man” at every possible turn but admitted to admiring Hitler, used the word Genocide so frequently and in such absurdly inappropriate context that I actually thought about turning her rants about it into a drinking game early on but refrained out of fear that most would get alcohol poisoning, claimed that the US was about to take over Canada in order to stop France from doing so, claimed that Canadian Border guards tried to kill her, claimed that the heavily armed Mohawks at Akwesasne have no guns which is why they over ran an international border crossing, claimed that the attempted murder of Sam Gualtieri was actually a group of Non Natives attacking Native children, created a bizarre (even by her standards) persona known as “the red X”, claimed Canada was secretly building weapons of mass destruction, and said a few silly things as well.

UPDATE: July 09. 2009 The OPP returned to the illegal shack this morning with a warrant for the arrest of Steve Powless, and snagged 3 other people as well in the process. Funny how they’re capable of doing their job when the media is breathing down their neck, but impotent in the face of lawlessness by Natives the rest of the time.

After the failed July 7 raid, Powless sat down with Sun Media and issued the following statement: “from where the sun comes up to where it goes down, every bit of land it touches is my home”.  I could do an entire editorial about that absurd, deluded statement from this Native Supremacist but instead I’ll settle for pointing out that for the moment, a jail cell is his home and it looks great on him.

UPDATE: 10pm – Sun Media is reporting that the OPP did make an attempt to move on the illegal smoke shack this morning but ran away when confronted by approximately 20 Natives. “They decided it was not in the public interest to pursue the matter at this time” said Paula Wright.

Seriously folks, 20 people is all it took to run off a police force? That’s pathetic. When exactly will it be in the public interest to remove illegal smoke shacks that sell to children in the eyes of the OPP?

UPDATE: 1:45pm – We have confirmation from several sources that an attempt at a raid did indeed take place of the illegal smoke shack on the property of Ernie Palmer this morning. There are uncomfirmed reports that Native reinforcements showed up and pushed back the OPP, but again those details have yet to be confirmed.

July 7, 2009

We’re receiving unconfirmed reports this morning that the OPP have raided the smoke shack that Steve Powless erected on Ernie Palmer’s private property just outside Caledonia. This comes on the heels of strong rumours that more shacks were to be erected this week in the Caledonia area, and just days before the flag raising CANACE is holding on July 12 on Argyle Street.

We’re waiting for some form of confirmation, and if this story proves true we will have extensive converage here, at CaledoniaWakeUpCall.com & VoiceofCanada

Admittedly when I first heard that Tom Keefer was bringing a bus load of people to protest against the Caledonia Peacekeepers in Cayuga last night, I wasn’t sure what to think. This is a union after all so I anticipated something different from the usual racist, bigoted, ignorant crowd that gathers in small numbers to protest against law & order in Caledonia. Fortunately I’m not afraid to admit it when I’m wrong and I was very wrong.

Tom Keefer brought with him a motley crew of crazies that made Forrest Gump look like a Rhodes Scholar. Listening to Keefer being interviewed on CFRB on the drive to Cayuga, I began to understand a bit about the level of delusion this guy has as he rambled about the need for Canada to stop trying to give Six Nations money as compensation and instead hand over our land to them.

Native extremists are preparing to launch an attack on the city of Brantford according to the latest report from the Expositor. “They’re going to have one hell of a fight now,” said Steve Powless, who spoke on behalf of the protesters. “This is going to be Caledonia Part 2. They don’t understand what they’re in for.”

Mr. Powless was recently quoted calling for “war” if Brantford police tried to enforce the interim injunction issued to prevent Natives from illegally occupying land and interfering with lawful construction on private property.

In yet another new low for the Native Terrorists who it seems will stoop to any level to hide behind the claim of “indigenous rights” which they do not represent, Mohawk Nation News propaganda artist Kahentinetha Horn released a rant today condemning the apology by Confederacy chiefs for the savage attempted murder of Sam Gualtieri this past week in Caledonia.

Her incoherent ramblings about “Genocide” and “Colonial Oppression” are not worthy of publication, but today she truly showed the mind set of these criminals so clearly that portions must be shared with the public.

“MNN. Sept. 15, 2007. On September 13th at around 4:00 pm. witnesses saw non-native men running out, picking up weapons and going back into the unfinished house. Inside five non-native men had ambushed two Indigenous youth.”

Today was a truly extraordinary day and night for me as we had our first protest at the building site in Brantford and an exceptional night in Caledonia on Stirling Street.

We spent some quality time in Brantford protesting on behalf of the rule of law being upheld and against the violence and extortion currently being used by Native Criminals in an attempt to demonstrate supremacy and control over Non Native Canadians.

It is truly amazing just how much the Native protesters and the KKK have in common. It appears the protesters and the KKK not only look alike, act much in the same way, but they share the same philosophical world view.

Natives & KKK look the same:

Both have masks and wear something to cover their head while using Flags to make it look like they are being patriotic. It is not that they hate others – they claim – but they love their country, their culture, their nation.

Both love Freedom of Expression but not for others:

It is truly amazing that the Native Protesters claim their Right to Free Expression but condemn anyone who disagrees with them. When one considers that the Grand River Six Nations is the largest reserve in Canada you think you would find a certain amount of diverse views.

We all see that within Caledonia there have been serveral groups trying to get their message out to the media – Caledonia Citizens Alliance, Caledonia Resistance, Citizens of Caledonia and more. In any democratic society you always find groups who have opposing views who are trying to get their message out to the media. We see that we have both Liberal and Conservative media outlets within our communities. On almost any issue you will find media that support it while others oppose it. This is what true democracy produces, a firm belief in Freedom of Expression

On April 29th the Toronto Sun printed a letter from a Native person who voiced his view that the protesters were wrong. [Link] I posted this story last week on the reclamation site and the immediate response from Native people was to call this Native person an ‘Apple’ – a phrase by the way I had not heard until I went to Caledonia in July.

‘Apple’ is a racial slur by Native people claiming he is “white on the inside but red on the outside“. So the immediate response by Native people to this person’s free expression was to attack him with racial slurs.

Burning Crosses or Tires the message is the same:

The purpose of burning crosses is to send a message that can clearly be seen by all that the KKK is present, that they are active, that they are willing to do things in public to intimidate. The Clan would often burn crosses at night to ensure the maxinim visual effect.

I don’t think the Native protesters were burning tires for warmth or because they wanted to collect the hazardous run off.

What could produce a greater visual effect but dark black smoke that could be seen for miles. The open burning of tires, in full view of OPP, was sending the same message as the Clan did – we are here, we are active and we are willing to do things in public.

When Burning Crosses doesn’t work you burn other things:

Both the KKK and the Native protesters don’t limit themselves to just symbolic burnings (crosses or tires). The violent nature of both groups can be clearly seen in their actions.

The photos here are the burning down of a bridge, a barn and the power station but the Natives have used fire as their means to send a message to the OPP, the Government and residents many times.

Vehicles have been destroyed, numerous grass fires have been set as well as fires by Hydro towers, and large bon fires have occurred.

So far to date I have avoided talking about Religion and how it plays a role in Caledonia and in spreading of hate within the Native Community.

Allow me first to state my own personal beliefs, which I have avoided to do because many groups are quick to use the racist card to make themselves look like victims.

I am not spending any time on Muslim Extremists since the topic has been well covered since 911, other than to say that no group should be judged by the actions of the Extremists who have hijacked the religion to further their cause.

It is easy for people to identify Christian Extremists (KKK) and Muslim Extremists (Bin Laden) but for many there is no such thing as Native Extremists. Since no one group is perfect and human nature itself is such that there will be some in every group who hate, then logic forces us to accept that there would be Extremists within Native groups.

The fact that Native people cannot see that there are Native Extremists only points to how serious the issue is. Go back 100 years and ask the people of the deep south in the US whether the KKK was a Christian Extremist group or not. I am sure the vast majority would have said no. When Extremists control the culture then the situation is completely out of control.

This is the way it is within the Native community today. The few who have their own hatred, their own political agenda, their own power struggles have hijacked Native Spiritual beliefs to justify spreading violence and hatred.

I was raised a complete Atheist and became a Christian in my early twenties. I am not a Christian because my parents were but because I chose to be one. As such my beliefs are part of who Gary McHale is and in no way should be understood that somehow I am perfect (clearly I have character flaws) or better than anyone else.

I will admit that I have zero understanding of Native spiritual beliefs and next to zero about Muslim beliefs. However, I believe my own understanding of Christianity and human nature permits me to cover the topic at hand.

Every group has it’s own Extremists – whether these groups are based on Race, Religion, etc., human nature appears to be that there always will be some who see themselves as supreme which then is taken to the extreme.

What do I mean by Extremists

Being devoted to one’s beliefs is not being Extremist. Non-believers may see you as being extreme because your behavior doesn’t match the cultural norms. For example, there are groups that don’t drink tea or coffee which may appear to be foolish and extreme to some but devotion to one’s beliefs is in fact what all Religions in the world seek to produce.

By my view Extremism by definition hijacks their religious belief system to further their hatred and cause. When this occurs it is easy to paint all people who hold a particular religious view as being the same.

The whole idea of White Supremacy based on Christian teaching is itself an oxymoron. These people don’t start with a strong Christian belief and then turn to hate. At best they have a very weak Christian view but their hatred controls how they see the world and Christian teachings.

The very fact that right at the beginning of the Bible it states God created all men in His image shows just how quickly these people of hate refuse to accept what they claim to believe.

Since I got involved in the events in Caledonia I have heard repeatedly Native protesters talking about the Great Peacemaker and how their protest is peaceful (again devotion to one’s spiritual beliefs is great).

Jesus once said, “you will know them by their fruits” or in modern words, “Actions speak louder than words”. To claim to follow something called “Great Peacemaker” while your group attacks seniors, burns down a bridge, attempts to murder a cop is hypocracy at the highest level.

It is like the KKK hanging a black man just after the preacher quotes Jesus telling people to love their neighbor.

The problem is so pervasive at this moment of history that many Canadians and the Government are not seeing that Native Extremists as just as bad as Muslim Extremists. Everyone reading this would see that if a Muslim group dug up the highway, blocked railway lines, destroyed the power station, attacked residents and attempted to kill a cop the Government would immediately declare them a terrorist cell and arrest everyone one of them. And certainly if a group of peope claiming to be KKK did these actions they would be arrested before the end of the day.

But just like the deep south 100 years ago, our governments & police forces have been influenced by the Native Extremist propaganda of hate and threats of violence.

I have always find it amazing how Native Supporters are crying about racism, and hatred toward them and how this site calls for violence against them. Here is a sample of how they tell about us – you decide who is racism and who is spreading hatred and calling for violence. Sorry for the language it appears to be just the way they talk.

Gayogoho states, “I just recieved word from my source that Gary McHale and Droopy john are planning on raping our children please someone stop them.”

Ryan Paul states, “The website is www.caledoniawakeupcall.com. The entire website is one big hate site, hidden by the abscence of vulgarities and blatant hate. I hope someone one day finds the c@cksucking little cvnt who runs the site and puts a bullet in his head…

There’s two reasons why I take offence to your shit, and think you deserve to be shot. #1, I have two native children. #2, your bullshit gets all non-natives tarred with the same brush, which includes me!…

You really are an asshole and I dearly hope every day someone takes you out. You’re a bigot, a racist, a shit stirrer and a good-for-nothing bastard.”

Cornplanter creates a thread called, “McHale, Druppy..please don’t rape our children…..”

“Gentlemen; Can we have some assurance that you won’t rape Native children when you are around Six Nations?… I don’t think there is any depth that McHale is willing to sink to. “

Tsi Nikayen’ Enonhne’ (Gregg Powless) states, “Now I know where I have met you McFailure. Gary McHale=Satan. You once tried to make a deal with me but I refused your offer. Then you threatened me with your mob of devil-worshippers by saying you would mount an offensive march against my family.Ah but Satan has no allies. He is alone in pergatory. Gary “Satan” McHale really is harmless. HE MUST get others to do his bidding because he is incapable of leaving hell or spreading evil without our consent!

Go demon and fornicate with your mother! That might be the one thing that makes her proud of you.”
